3D and rendering

Blender handles full 3D production on SnipeOS 13D. CADCraft covers Craft-side technical drawing and spatial design beside it on the same creative desktop.

Blender

Blender on SnipeOS 13D brings modelling, sculpting, animation, shading, compositing, and Cycles or Eevee rendering to the same LXQt menu as the 2D tools. It is part of the default creative set rather than an optional after-install hunt.

Pair it with GIMP, Krita, or PhotoCraft for textures, Audacity, Ardour, or SoundCraft for sound, and Kdenlive, FilmCraft, or OBS for capture. Serious scenes want more RAM and a GPU; lighter blocking and layout still run on everyday 64-bit machines.

Craft

CADCraft

CADCraft is the Storytold Craft drafting and spatial design app: layers, object properties, and a measured canvas for plans, diagrams, and technical illustrations that need more structure than freehand vector art.

On SnipeOS 13D it is the Craft counterpart to Blender's organic 3D stack. Block out geometry and documentation in CADCraft, then take hero renders, animation, or mesh work into Blender when the job needs a full 3D scene.
